The Amarillo Venom (8-3) will be traveling to Frisco, Texas to play the Texas Revolution (4-7) Saturday night. The Venom are coming off of a win against the Quad City Steamwheelers while the Revolution is coming off of a shutout loss against the Duke City Gladiators. The last match up between these two teams saw a plethora of penalties on both sides but the Revolution came out on top. When asked, Venom player defensive end, Steven Fluker stated “We are going to practice hard, focus, have good energy, study the teams past games and just be mentally and physically prepared to go through this team to play for this ring!” Amarillo has already clinched the number two seed in the South and first round home field advantage on June 18th. Texas, however, needs a lot of help. Texas can clinch the number three seed in the south with a win and a Wichita loss. With only a win, the Revs can clinch a wild card berth. The game will start at 7pm at the Dr. Pepper Arena in Frisco, Texas and can be viewed on Pluto TV.
