The Playoff Stage is Set!

Well, the 2018 season has finally concluded. The season started with 11 teams competing for a spot in the CIF postseason. Now, only eight teams remain. Four teams from the north conference and four teams from the south conference. These teams will go head to head in two playoff games. The last team from each conference will move  on to the Champions Bowl. 

Shortly after the Duke City Gladiators defeated the Wichita Force, the playoff teams and matchups were finally set. Here are your north conference playoff teams and schedule 

June 16, 2018 #4 Bismarck Bucks at #1 Salina Liberty - 6:35pm CT
June 16, 2018 #3 seed at #2 Sioux City Bandits - 7:00pm CST

Two of these four teams will advance to the conference title game. The other two will be eliminated from the playoffs. 

As for the south conference, here are the four teams advancing to the postseason and the south conference playoff schedule: 

June 16, 2018 #4 seed at #1 (overall) Duke City Gladiators - 6:00pm MST 
June 18, 2018 #3 Texas Revolution at #2 Amarillo Venom - 7:00pm CT 

This year, the fourth Champions Bowl has a sponsor. Baymont by Wyndham. During the title game, representatives will be on hand to watch the game and to award the trophy to the winning team.
